Director's Shareholding

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM.L), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, was yesterday notified that Nigel Gurney, Finance Director, bought 386 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares were acquired at a price of 12.6 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 July 2015 through a mandated automatic dividend re-investment instruction relating to this and all future dividends. Following this purchase, Mr Gurney has an interest in 110,667 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
