Relocation of London HQ and US branches as risk and regulatory business continues to grow

Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE: LRM), a leading provider of integrated collateral management, regulatory compliance and reporting solutions for the financial services industry, announces that it is relocating its London HQ and US branches.

Last year the Company celebrated a milestone anniversary: 25 years of providing risk management and regulatory solutions. Since inception in 1989, the Company has focused on its commitment to helping firms in the global financial services market better manage their risk, while meeting the stringent regulatory landscape that has followed the financial crisis.

As of Monday, 23 February 2015, the Lombard Risk headquarters' new address is 7th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR. Telephone and other contact details remain the same.

Scheduled for late March 2015, Lombard Risk will be merging its US-based sales and support service centre teams into a single Manhattan office. The New Jersey and mid-town offices will combine at 205 Lexington Avenue, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10016. Lombard Risk opened its first Manhattan-based office in 1994 and has since enjoyed steady growth with over 90 clients in the United States.

Chief Executive Officer of Lombard Risk, John Wisbey, commented: "The market has changed greatly in the past quarter of a century. During this period Lombard Risk has been at the forefront of identifying the need for new risk management solutions to satisfy the ever evolving demands of the financial community, and has become a recognized market leader in the collateral management and regulatory reporting fields.
