Board Changes
Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE:LRM), a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, is pleased to confirm that, as announced on 8 July 2013, Mr John McCormick has joined the Board as Senior Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 November 2013.
Mr McCormick was Chairman and CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Asia Pacific ("RBS") until last month October 2013 when he retired from RBS.
Philip Crawford, Chairman, commented "We are delighted to welcome John to the Board. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the banking and securities sector, in particular recently in the Far Eastern markets where he has been based for a number of years."

Mr McCormick has a holding of 5,341,756 Lombard Risk ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.04 % of the company's issued share capital.
Under the terms of John McCormick's Directors' Letter of Appointment, effective from 1 November 2013, he has been granted options over 1,000,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares (the "Options"). The Options are not subject to any performance criteria and are exercisable at 13 pence per share. 500,000 Options will vest and may be exercised between 1 November 2015 and 1 November 2018, 250,000 Options will vest and may be exercised between 1 November 2016 and 1 November 2018 and the remaining 250,000 will vest and may be exercised between 1 November 2017 and 1 November 2018.
