 In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, Lancashire Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that as of 30 November 2017, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 201,341,918 Common Shares of $0.50 each (“Common Shares”) of which 914,523 Common Shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Common Shares in issue with voting rights (excluding shares held in Treasury) is 200,427,395.

The above figure of 200,427,395 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
