Exercise of Options

LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that it has received notice of an exercise of options to subscribe for 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each. The exercise price of the options is 49 pence.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 10,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on or around 17 January 2022.

For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above issue of equity, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 13,458,229 ordinary shares of 10p each. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rule.
