Board Changes

LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, confirms that Peter G Pollock will retire as a Director and Chairman of the Board, as previously announced, with effect from 8 August 2021.

Peter has served the Group for over 24 years as Chief Executive and more recently as Executive Chairman, overseeing a number of acquisitions, the development of the Group's worldwide export presence and significant investments in both capacity and capabilities, including two purpose-built UK manufacturing sites for both the Group's electro-mechanical and electronic & lighting businesses.

Peter will resign all Group Directorships and relinquish all positions from the Group on 8 August 2021, namely as Director of:

· LPA Group Plc

· LPA Industries Ltd

· LPA Industries Pension Trustees Ltd

· Channel Electric Equipment Ltd

· Channel Electric Equipment Holdings Ltd

· Excil Electronics Ltd

· Haswell Engineers Ltd

· Niphan Ltd

The Board wish Peter a long and successful retirement.

As previously announced, Robert B Horvath will be appointed Independent Chairman of the Board of LPA following Peter Pollock's retirement, having been appointed as a Director and Chairman elect on 1 February 2021.
