Board Change
LoopUp Group plc (AIM: LOOP), the cloud platform for premium specialist communications, announces that Simon Healey will be stepping down from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and from the Board to pursue other opportunities. Simon will leave the Group on 17 December 2021.
The Board has commenced a search process to select an experienced, strategic Chief Financial Officer to replace Simon and will update the market on progress in due course.
During Simon's 10 years with LoopUp, he has developed robust finance processes and systems for the Group and has created a strong finance team. As part of the handover of Simon's responsibilities, the Group is pleased to announce that Ayad Othman, who has been with the Group for three years as senior Finance Controller, has been promoted to the non-Board position of Finance Director, effective from October 2021.
