Following the acquisition of voting rights by Guernsey Investments Limited, the total interest of DCA Bramall and his connected persons in Lookers plc is 70,412,825 ordinary shares, representing 18.09 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. The acquisition of voting rights by Guernsey Investments Limited on 16th August 2019 resulted in a threshold being crossed by DCA Bramall and his PCAs in aggregate, the previously notified voting rights being 17.38 per cent. | ||||
