Lookers plc announces that Stuart Counsell, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 220,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group on 14th August 2019 of which 216,213 shares were purchased at a price of 43.5p per share and 3,787 shares were purchased at a price of 43.845p per share.
Following the purchase, the total interest of Stuart Counsell and his connected persons in Lookers plc is 220,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.057 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
