Directors' Disclosure Update
In accordance with AIM rule 17 the Company announces the following changes to the directors disclosures under schedule two, paragraph (g):
SA Independent Liners (Pty) Ltd (SAILs), a private limited company incorporated in South Africa and for which David Lenigas and Geoffrey White were directors, has been placed into liquidation on 15 October 2008.
There is no further information to be disclosed under schedule two, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
