Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Ray Davies, Finance Director,' Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has as part of the scheme's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 897 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 197.0 pence per share on 10 January 2014.
As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group plc increases to 43,650 shares.
