Grant of share options to Directors
Lansdowne, the Dublin-based independent exploration company, announces that it has granted a total of 900,000 share options to the executive directors as follows:
Stephen Boldy -Â Chief Executive 400,000
Emmet Brown - Business Development Director 400,000
Chris Moar - Finance Director 100,000
The options have an exercise price of 31.50p per share and may be exercised in whole or part between 6 June 2011 and 5 June 2018 provided that certain performance targets are met.Â
Following this grant the total holdings of the directors concerned are as follows:
