LogicaCMG plc announces that, on 10 April 2007, the directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR's) named below, were granted conditional share awards over Ordinary shares of 10p each under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 ("LTIP") and in some instances options were granted under the 2005 UK Sharesave Plan ("Sharesave") at an option price of 183.25p. For each of the directors and PDMRs below these conditional share awards granted under the LTIP will vest from 10 April 2010 subject to the achievement of performance criteria. Options granted under the Sharesave will vest between 1 May and 30 October 2010.

Didier Herrmann holds 8,724 Unilog options and warrants which may be converted to 278,906 LogicaCMG shares pursuant to the terms disclosed in the Prospectus dated 19th September 2005.

Aydin Azenour holds 58,344 Unilog options and warrants which may be converted to 1,865,257 LogicaCMG shares pursuant to the terms disclosed in the Prospectus dated 19th September 2005.

Patrick Guimbal holds 59,897 Unilog options and warrants which may be converted to 1,914,906 LogicaCMG shares pursuant to the terms disclosed in the Prospectus dated 19th September 2005.

In addition LogicaCMG announces that on 10 April 2007 a purchase of shares and grant of a Matching Award of shares was made under the Executive Equity Participation Plan 2006 in respect of John James Hemming. 5,296 shares were purchased representing 0.0003% of the issued share class. The price per share was 185.25p. Mr. Hemming's total shareholding following the purchase was 20,393 representing 0.0013% of the issued share class. The Matching Award of 9,031 shares representing 0.0005% of the issued share class was awarded on the same day at nil cost and may be exercised on 10 April 2010, or as soon as possible thereafter. The total number of options/awards held by Mr. Hemming, including those noted above is 397,512 representing 0.0258% of the issued share class.
