LogicaCMG plc ("Logica") announces that, on 4 April 2008, the directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) named below, were granted conditional share awards over Ordinary shares of 10p each under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 ("LTIP"). For each of the directors and PDMRs below these conditional share awards granted under the LTIP at nil consideration will vest on 4 April 2011, or as soon as possible thereafter, subject to the achievement of performance criteria.
