Lenta files with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission documents relating to its H1 2020 financial statements
St. Petersburg, Russia (11 November 2020): Lenta PLC (MOEX & LSE: LNTA), one of the largest retail chains in Russia, announces that, with reference to its Consolidated IFRS Financial Statements for Lenta PLC for the six months ended 30 June 2020 that were published on July 27, 2020, it has now, as required under the Cyprus Transparency Law, filed with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission such statements together with (i) the related Declaration of the Board of Directors dated 28 October 2020 and (ii) the Interim Management Report dated 29 October 2020.
