Landore Resources (AIM: LND) announces that application has been made for the admission of 6,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM.

Further to the announcement made on 30 October 2015, the New Ordinary Shares have been allotted in connection with the second tranche of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, issued pursuant to the subscription. In addition, 1,250,000 New Ordinary Shares have been allotted in settlement of cash fees to an adviser in connection with the subscription.

It is expected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 December 2015. Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares the Company's issued share capital will consist of 628,203,825 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Landore Resources does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The New Ordinary Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

The aforementioned figure of 628,203,825 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Landore Resources under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
