Landore announces that application has been made for the admission of 173,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares to an adviser in lieu of cash payment at a price of 7.5 pence per share. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 7 March 2012.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 293,983,825 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 293,983,825.

This figure of 293,983,825 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
