Transaction in own shares
On 11 November 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") purchased 940,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The purchase price for each share was £0.50. The shares will be held in treasury by the Company.
Following the purchase of these ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital is 275,540,952 ordinary shares of 10 pence and the total number of voting rights is 274,600,952.
