Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The following information is disclosed under DTR 3.1.4R(1). The awards are made over the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each.

(1) Performance Share Plan

On 13 April 2010 the following awards under the LMS Capital plc PerformanceShare Plan were made to Directors and PDMRs of the Company. Assuming the awardsvest, the first exercise date is 13 April 2013. (2) Deferred Share Bonus Plan

On 13 April 2010 the following awards under the LMS Capital plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan were made to Directors and PDMRs of the Company. Assuming the performance condition is met, these awards vest over a three year period in equal tranches (except for Mr. Payne whereby his award vests over a four year period in equal tranches). The first exercise date is 13 April 2011. The exercise price, fixed at the time of grant, is nil.
