Transaction in own shares
On 21Β November 2008,Β LMS CapitalΒ plc ("the Company")Β purchasedΒ 110,000Β of itsΒ ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The purchase price for each share was Β£0.48534. The shares will beΒ held in treasuryΒ by the Company.
Following the purchaseΒ of these ordinaryΒ shares, the Company'sΒ issued share capital isΒ 275,540,952Β ordinary shares of 10 penceΒ andΒ the total number of voting rights isΒ 273,740,952.
