Change to Electronic Tender Instructions for the Tender Offer

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 2 November 2012, and the Circular of that date, please note that the CREST member account ID quoted in the Circular has changed. Terms in this announcement have the same meaning as per the Circular of 2 November 2012.

How to tender your Basic Entitlement in respect of Ordinary Shares held in uncertificated form

To tender your Basic Entitlement, you should send (or if you are a CREST Sponsored Member, procure that your CREST sponsor sends) to Euroclear a TTE instruction in relation to 20% of the Ordinary Shares held by you to the revised member account below:

You should note that Euroclear does not make available special procedures in CREST for any particular corporate action. Normal system timings and limitations will therefore apply in connection with a TTE instruction and its settlement. You should therefore ensure that all necessary action is taken by you (or by your CREST Sponsor) to enable a TTE instruction relating to your Ordinary Shares to settle prior to 1.00 p.m. on 22 November 2012. In this connection you are referred in particular to those sections of the CREST manual concerning practical limitations of the CREST system and timings.

Any TTE instruction to Euroclear must be properly authenticated in accordance with Euroclear's specifications for transfers to escrow.

How to tender a specific number of Ordinary Shares held in uncertificated form

To tender a specific number of Ordinary Shares, you should send (or, if you are a CREST Sponsored Member, procure that your CREST sponsor sends) to Euroclear a TTE instruction in relation to such specific number of Ordinary Shares to the revised member account below:
