Dividend Declaration
LondonMetric Property Plc has today declared its third quarterly interim dividend of 1.9 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").
The Dividend timetable is set out below:
Ex-Dividend date | 14 March 2019 |
Record date | 15 March 2019 |
Dividend payment date | 17 April 2019 |
The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders.
