Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing.

Supplementary Prospectus dated 1 March 2024 (the Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the ?60,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Lloyds Bank plc, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Lloyds Bank Covered Bonds LLP.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 3 August 2023, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectus dated 26 October 2023 (together, the Prospectus).
