PUBLICATION OF AMENDED AND RESTATED FINAL TERMS

The following amended and restated terms dated 28 September 2023 are available for viewing:

1. Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to the issuance of 11.5 per cent. Notes due 2026 issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc under its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme with the benefit of a partial 20% guarantee by LendInvest plc.
