Conclusion of IT security event

LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV; "LendInvest" or the "Company") today confirms that its investigation into the IT security event announced on 25 August 2023 has concluded.

A leading technical forensic consultant was engaged to assist in the Company's investigations into the event and we have concluded that no personal information is at risk and all Company systems and networks are secure. There will be no material financial impact on LendInvest as a result of the incident.
