Total Voting Rights

The Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights as of 31 May 2013 is 195,253,583 and that there are a total of 108,866,818 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 195,253,583 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
