The Company's audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2019 were previously released on 10 September 2019.
As previously announced, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 21 November 2019 at 10am (AEDT) at Dexus Place, Level 15, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. A Notice of Meeting ("NOM") and Explanatory Memorandum are available at www.lcmfinance.com/shareholders together with the proposed amended Constitution.
