Transaction in Own Shares and Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that, in accordance with the Company's share buyback programme announced on 27 November 2025, Liontrust has purchased a total of 45,049 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") in the period from 29 June 2026 up to and including 30 June 2026. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Aggregated information

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased Shares, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 60,000,083 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 60,000,083.

The above figure of 60,000,083 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Liontrust announces that it has now completed its share buyback programme, announced on 27 November 2025.

Liontrust confirms that, under this share buyback programme, a total of 3,764,532 Shares were repurchased, and subsequently cancelled, at an average price of approximately 266p per Share, and a total cost of £10 million.
