Liontrust announces that it has posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 to shareholders. Liontrust's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday 21 September 2023 in the Pinafore Room at the Savoy Hotel, Strand, London WC2R 0EZ.

The Notice of AGM can also be viewed on the Company's website www.liontrust.co.uk.

A copy of the Notice of AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
