("Liontrust" or the "Company")
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Liontrust announces that on 28 June 2024 it was notified that John Ions, Chief Executive Officer, and Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer, exercised options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") granted under the Liontrust Long-Term Incentive Plan. John Ions and Vinay Abrol are both PDMRs.
Formal notification in respect of each PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
