Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces that, pursuant to the Placing, Directors Tony Brewer, Paul Bassi and Andrew Simpson, alongside PDMRs Adrian Laffey, James Kellett and Tony Judge, purchased an aggregate of 4,000,000 Shares in the Company that were admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. today.
Following the Placing, the Directors and PDMRs are beneficially interested in the voting capital of the Company as follows:
