LiDCO (AIM: LID), the hemodynamic monitoring company, announces that on 17 January 2017 it was informed that on 28 December 2016, H J Leitch increased his shareholding to 16,806,183 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 6.88% of the Company's issued share capital.
