Holding in Company

LiDCO (AIM:LID), the hemodynamic monitoring company, announces that it was informed on 10 April 2015 that on that day, Mr. Paul Brewer, a significant shareholder in the Company executed the following share transfers:

· 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his ISA;

· 350,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife's ISA; and

· 300,000 Ordinary Shares to his SIPP.

Following these transfers Mr. Brewer's notifiable interest remains unchanged at 13,759,747 Ordinary Shares representing a beneficial interest of 7.09% in the issued share capital of the Company.
