For immediate release 25 July 2006 LiDCO Group Plc ("the Company") Share Transfer On 25 July 2006, Dr. Terry O'Brien, Chief Executive and director of theCompany, informed the Company that today he has sold 760,975 ordinary shares of0.5p each in the Company at 20.5 pence per share.
