Merger of Sumus Plc and Lighthouse Group plc Court Order Sanctioning the Capital Reduction Further to the announcement on 30 April 2008, the board of Sumus Plc is pleased to announce that the Court has today made an order sanctioning the Capital Reduction of Sumus Plc in order to effect the recommended shares and cash merger of Sumus and Lighthouse.
