Director / PDMR Shareholding
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT) announces that on 19 December 2008, Allan Rosengren and Malcolm Streatfield, directors of the Company, purchased in aggregate 115,848 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 9 pence per Ordinary Share. Their resultant holdings are summarised below:

As part of the holdings shown above, Allan Rosengren has a beneficial interest in 1,574,924 Ordinary Shares through his Self Invested Personal Pension Plan, and Malcolm Streatfield in 278,758 Ordinary Shares through his equivalent Plan.
In addition, Allan Rosengren is one of the two sole potential beneficiaries of the Falcon Retirement Benefits Scheme which holds 470,000 Ordinary Shares. These shares, as yet, have not been allocated.
