Announcement of results of the Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today and all resolutionswere passed.At the meeting the Chairman informed shareholders present that the net assetvalue of the Company's shares, including investments at market value, had risenfrom 44.05p per share at the Company's year-end, 30th June 2005, to 53.55p pershare at 26th September 2005.The value of the Group's holding in Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group Plc hasrisen substantially since 30th June and your Directors remain extremelyoptimistic on the prospects for this investment as all MWB Group divisionsanticipate continued growth and will therefore gain incremental value duringthe year ahead.Our other strategic investment, Finsbury Food Group plc, announced improvedresults for its year to 30th June 2005 and an increased dividend.
