As stated in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 published earlier this year, and in line with the Board's succession plan, the Company announces that Patrick Firth has resigned as Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director of the Company effective close of business on 31 August 2021. Stephen Smith, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has replaced Mr Firth as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to express its sincere thanks to Mr. Firth for his invaluable contribution to the Board during his time as Chairman.
