LED International Holdings Ltd11 October 2007 Immediate Release 11 October 2007 LED INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ("LED" or "the Company") DIRECTOR CHANGE LED International, the AIM listed (LED.L) manufacturer of LED screens andrelated products, announces that Ian Martin has decided to step down as anon-executive director with effect from 12 December 2007. The Company also announces the appointment of Allan Wah Leung as Chief FinancialOfficer, replacing Mervyn Cragg, whose resignation was announced on 22 August. Allan was previously Chief Accountant and Company Secretary for a Hong Konglisted company, Rising Development Holdings Limited. Allan was also a Managerfor Ernst & Young China & Hong Kong and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu China & HongKong. He had also held a position as an Insolvency Manager for CCIF CorporateAdvisory Services Limited. Allan has acquired a B.Sc. in Mathematics from theUniversity of Hong Kong and is a Practising Member of Hong Kong Institute ofCertified Public Accountants, Fellow Member of Association of CharteredCertified Accountants and is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in HongKong. Allan will not be joining the Board at this time.
