Directors' Dealings in Shares

The Company has been informed that various members of the Board have exercised their management share options, as follows:

The Company was informed on 15 December 2010 that, on 15 December 2010 Mr. Thomas Li, LED's Executive Chairman, and Mr. Stephen Chan, LED's Chief Financial Officer, exercised their share options over 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each, representing 2.89 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the exercise of management share options, awarded to them on 22 July 2010, at a price of £0.01595 per Ordinary Share. Mr. Li and Mr. Chan do not retain options over any other Ordinary Shares.

Mr. Li and Mr. Chan are interested in 101,965,985 Ordinary Shares and 13,220,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 29.45 per cent. and 3.82 per cent. respectively of the Issued Share Capital as enlarged by the said exercise of management share options. The Issued Share Capital now consists of 346,238,267 Ordinary Shares.

Application for the admission to trading on AIM of 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares has been made, with admission expected to occur on Wednesday 22 December 2010.
