Leeds Group PLC01 February 2008 Leeds Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's totalissued share capital at the date of this notice is 34,900,000. The Company's issued share capital consists of 34,900,000 ordinary shares of12p each, with one voting right per share. There are 3,567,015 shares held in treasury, representing 10.22% of the total issued share capital. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 31,332,985. The above figure of 31,332,985 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
