AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting, Jan G. Holmstrom, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement: 

"Trading performance for the first six months of the year is in line with the expectations of the Board. Market conditions continue to be difficult, but this was expected, and the Board believes the current strategy as set out in our accounts published in November for both Hemmers and KMR should enable them to be better placed to meet these challenging market conditions.

Also as stated in the accounts, the Directors do not propose a dividend. In the opinion of the Board, this maximises the long-term value of the Group to the benefit of all shareholders."
