Board Change

Leed Resources plc ("Leed" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted natural resource investment company, announces that Nicholas Lee, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect, to pursue other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Nicholas for his work over the past year and wishes him well in all future endeavors.
