AGM Statement

Further to the announcement made on 25 February 2010, London Capital Group Holdings plc , the financial services and online spread betting company, confirms that Frank Chapman will be retiring as Chief Executive from today. Frank will remain on the board as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.

As approved at the AGM, Simon Denham, the former Chief Financial Officer becomes the new Chief Executive. Rachel Woodford the former Chief Operating Officer becomes the new Group Director of Strategy and Marketing, Amanda Shields (45) and Siobhan Moynihan (31) join the board as Chief Operating Officer and Group Finance Director respectively. No further information is required to be notified under Schedule 2(g) of the Aim Rules in respect of Amanda Shields' or Siobhan Moynihan's appointment.

The Board is pleased to report that key performance indicators for the first quarter remain positive. Furthermore, revenue has increased over the same period last year, and while there is little predictability of future earnings, the Board remains confident for the future.
