ADR PROGRAMME
Intelligent Energy Holdings plc, the energy technology group which develops efficient and clean hydrogen fuel cell power systems for the global automotive, consumer electronics, distributed power and generation markets, is pleased to announce that it will be establishing a Sponsored, Level 1 American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) Programme, to assist US investors seeking to invest in Intelligent Energy's equity securities via a US exchange in US dollars.
The proposed ADR programme is intended to enhance Intelligent Energy's market exposure and visibility in the United States and to increase liquidity by expanding and diversifying its US shareholder base. It will allow investors to hold their shares and settle their trades through the US settlement systems, in common with any other US stock. Intelligent Energy's ordinary shares will continue to trade in pounds sterling on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
