The Board wants to make it clear that no formal offer for either MWB's 68%holding in Liberty or for the entire issued share capital of Liberty has beenreceived. At the same time no discussion is being held with a third party thatmay or may not lead to an offer being made for either MWB's holding in Libertyor for the entire issued share capital of Liberty.
