Longboat Energy, an emerging full-cycle E&P company, has been notified that on 17 June 2024 James Menzies, Chairman SE Asia and Executive Chairman elect of the Company, purchased 1,025,641 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share capital of the Company.
Following this announcement, the Directors and PDMRs will hold 6.9% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
