London & Associated Properties PLC (“the Company”):

Director’s Share Dealing and Share Buy-back

On 6 October 2015, J A Heller, the Company’s Chief Executive, sold 166,864 of the Company’s ordinary shares of 10p each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the market at a price of 36.00p and the Company has subsequently purchased these shares in the market at the same price for holding in treasury.

Following this transaction, J A Heller has an interest in 1,630,022 Ordinary Shares representing 1.92% of the issued share capital net of treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 734,816 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 84,807,895 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure of 84,807,895 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
