Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company wishes to notify the following change in the interest in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") of the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").
On 31 March 2009, the Company granted following options under the Lamprell plc Executive Share Option Plan at an exercise price of ₤0.5725 per Share. The option will ordinarily only become exercisable on 31 March 2012 for a period of seven years subject to the PDMR remaining in employment with the Company until that date.
