Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Market Abuse Regulation 19, the Company hereby notifies the following changes in the interests in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") of the certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").
On 25 March 2019 Hani El Kurd, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 100,000 Shares at 53.0p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr El Kurd's disclosable interests in Shares in the Company are as follows:
